Known for their high-performance endurance watches, COROS designed the Nomad to be lightweight, reliable, and packed with tools for serious athletes and outdoor explorers.

Standout Features

  • Multi-Band GPS Accuracy – Tracks routes with pinpoint precision, even in dense forests or canyons.
  • Durable Build: Rugged yet lightweight, with water resistance and scratch protection for backcountry reliability.
  • Training & Performance Metrics: Advanced heart rate monitoring, recovery insights, and training load analysis.
  • Navigation Tools: On-wrist maps, breadcrumb trail navigation, and waypoint marking for long routes.
  • Battery Life: Industry-leading performance with days of GPS use and extended standby time.
  • Smartwatch Capabilities: Notifications, customizable watch faces, and seamless phone integration.

Trail Tested

On alpine runs and multi-day hikes, the Nomad Watch stood out for its accuracy and battery life. The multi-band GPS never dropped signal, even in canyon terrain where other watches can falter. I found the navigation features especially useful for off-trail exploration, with breadcrumb routing giving me confidence to push further without fear of losing my way.

The Nomad comes with a durable and comfortable silicone band. I prefer a soft velcro band and will be replacing this. I appreciate that COROS makes that easy!

The comfort and weight also impressed me! The Nomad felt unobtrusive on long days, unlike bulkier GPS watches. Training metrics synced seamlessly with the COROS app, providing detailed breakdowns of recovery and performance that endurance athletes will appreciate. Whether used for everyday fitness tracking or remote backcountry routes, it proved to be a true workhorse.
