Gear Review: Eldora Sunglasses By Bajio
Bajio's Eldora Sunglasses are a phenomenal multi-sport pair of shades that are perfect for those who like a full-wrap!

If you've always wanted to up your sunglasses game, you have come to the right review! Bajio is a company making premium customizable sunglasses that are meant for active lifestyles where seeing well matters! Over the past two years- yes two years -I have been obsessed with the Eldora Sunglasses by Bajio. And I would love to tell you a little bit about them!

Prior to getting the Eldora Sunglasses, I was not much of a sunglasses person. I wore them when I had to, but often times felt like I couldn't see right with sunglasses on. Every single lens was too dark. No matter the brand, no matter the style, colors, etc. Sunglasses just didn't work for me. But then in a stroke of good luck, I picked up a pair of Bajios and my relationship to eye protection changed a lot.

I very rarely adventure without my Eldora Sunglasses with their violet mirror lenses.

When I was ordering these sunglasses, I gave a lot of thought to the lens color, thanks to Bajio's lens color information page. A lot of what I do is in low light, whether that's because of early mornings, canyon shadows, rock walls or stormy skies. The violet mirror seemed like the right color for me, as it's meant to maximize minimal rays. And guess what? It's true! These are the first sunglasses I ever owned where I feel like I can see right when I wear them.

My Experience with the Eldora Sunglasses By Bajio

Like I said, I have worn these sunglasses quite consistently for two years. Hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, driving... whatever I am doing, there is a high likelihood that I'm going to be bringing my Eldora Sunglasses along. About a year ago, I accidentally sat on them and broke them pretty good. And that's when I got to see how Bajio customer service handles that sort of thing. They gave me half off a new pair! I purchased the exact same pair and had them three days later

When I am exerting hard and working up a sweat, these sunglasses don't steam up. It doesn't matter what the temperature is outside. They also don't steam up when you go from outside to inside on a cold winter day.

On technical terrain, the Eldora Sunglasses perform well. The Ergo Vented Rubber Temple Tips and small fit ensure they stay snug and comfortable on my face even when my face is nearly parallel with the ground. They stay in place on the top of my head too, when I slide them up.

From alpine to low desert, I have been so happy with my Eldora Sunglasses on adventures. They work in low light, but of course they're also great for full-on sun.

I drop sunglasses a lot for whatever various reasons, and have been happy with how the Eldoras handle that. They are built tough and show no signs of being banged around. Even the lenses remain scratch-free. There is a massive difference the build quality and quality of materials that Bajio uses when compared to many other brands of high quality sunglasses.

The Eldora Sunglasses have a full-wrap styling that is very low-key. This means that sun doesn't enter the sides of the sunglasses, but because the style is low-key, they don't have the look of glacier glasses or sunglasses that the elderly would wear! The design of these is well executed and it makes them super versatile.

Bajio is a company all about fishing and water sports, but the sunglasses they create are well crafted and perfect for most outdoor pursuits!

Bajio sunglasses come with a cotton bag, sunglasses case and microfiber cleaning cloth. Bajio has great customer service and they ship quite fast, making them nice to buy from and deal with. I highly recommend Bajio Sunglasses, and especially recommend the Eldora Sunglasses!
